Step 1 : cheep motivation! Treat yourself!

You are feeling down? You believe that you are a zero o not achieving as much as you would like to? How about give it a rest of a dark thoughts and treat your mind and body with some short satisfaction, like and an ice cream, dancing the night out, a cake, a day in the spa, walk and coffee on the local river/lake/mountain/park . ¬†After that, sit and think what you could do for a more permanent satisfaction, and so on…
When you get enough fuel of positive energy, than try to deal with the problems. It is much more normal then just deal with them cold turkey .
